Early in my career, I had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed CEOs and Department Directors, an experience that transcended traditional classroom learning. My journey began with a drive of an unwavering commitment to absorbing knowledge from those I supported. Over a decade of service in the role of a C-Suite Executive Assistant has profoundly shaped my leadership philosophy and business strategy, serving as guiding lights towards success and excellence.
In my role as an Executive Assistant, I was uniquely positioned to work closely with accomplished CEOs and Department Directors from diverse industries. They had a vision for their companies and built teams to help them achieve it, they stood for innovation, growth and a reputation for excellence. This proximity offered me invaluable insights into strategic thinking, leadership, and effective decision-making.
